You must eat all the pills to go to the next level and avoid beeing cought by the evil ghosts.
The magic pills will allow you to eat the ghosts for a short time. The more ghosts you will eat within this time, the more point you'll get.
Some other bonuses will appear, points or something to slow the monsters.
The game has a nice multidirectionnal scrolling with a wrapping level. so you have to know where you're going and where are the pills.
