The demoscene is an artistic sub-culture of the computer world based on coding, graphism and computer music. It appeared in the early 80s and for a long time it pushed the limits of what you can do with a computer. A demo is a piece of art compiling programmation, graphism and music to give the viewer a nice and great experience. The coding parties are competitions where groups show their productions.
